My name is Josh, and I am both the owner and lead trainer at Endure Strength and Conditioning. My primary goal is to assist athletes in becoming the optimal versions of themselves. I have been an athlete my entire life, having played baseball and soccer before discovering Ultimate Frisbee. Although Ultimate athletes take up much of my time, I still love working with individuals of all skill levels in attaining their fitness objectives.

These are all highly respected certifications in the fitness industry. The CSCS certification is earned by individuals who have completed a rigorous program focusing on the scientific foundations of strength and conditioning, and is one of the only certifications that requires a degree. The FMS level 1 certification qualifies individuals to assess and correct movement patterns to improve overall function and reduce the risk of injury. The Corrective Exercise Specialist certification enables professionals to develop and implement individualized exercise programs to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall movement quality. These certifications allow me to create programs that are customized to help clients achieve their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of injury.
As a strength and conditioning coach I been gaining valuable experience in the field since 2015. Since then, I have honed My skills and knowledge by working with a variety of clients, including athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals with specific health needs. Through my work, I have developed expertise in designing effective strength and conditioning programs that help clients reach their goals and improve their overall health and fitness. I am committed to staying up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in the field, and they have a passion for helping people achieve their full potential. With several years of experience under my belt, I am well-equipped to help clients of all levels achieve their fitness goals.
