"Working with Josh Wilson this off season has been tremendous for my development as a player. His programming focuses on Ultimate Athletes and has been curtailed by his experience playing in the AUDL for ten years. I know Josh's program is making me better because he has played against the best players in the league for ten years and understands my exact needs as a player. I am no easy person to work with. I am known for my very physical style of play, and expect enormous results from my efforts. When I asked Josh to take me on, he was not intimidated at all with the challenge of maintaining, and even increasing, my skill sets and strengths. For me, what has made this experience especially fruitful, is how he handled the state of my body and capabilities as we started the program. I had just come off a rigorous AUDL and Club season where I hobbled through Club Regionals, and made it to the off season. He was able to curtail my programming to allow for my injuries to heal while also building muscles and advancing my knowledge of skilled movements. He was available within the hour for feedback over the phone, as well as to make changes to my programming if the movements were too strenuous, or if it was not strenuous enough! Josh's level of commitment to his craft, attention to detail, and willingness to get to know me as a person has created a partnership I won't soon part from. My off season has already yielded a tremendous preseason performance and I'm excited to continue working toward my goals under his tutelage. His program is worth the investment, and certainly worth a free consultation."

" JDub’s training has helped me feel like working out is fun again instead of a chore. He takes my goals and exercise preferences into account when building my schedule and the individual workouts. He doesn’t make me feel bad if I miss a day, and he helps me not to let one missed day become a whole week off. When I do workouts with him I like that he pushes me to really go beyond what I thought were limits, and that empowers me to push myself harder when I’m in the gym alone.
